Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and beauty products cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with.
We accept returns only if:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product arrived damaged
- The product arrived defective
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
